One server is featured on the homepage every day

What it is

Server of the Day is a featured spot on the DiscordServers.gg homepage that highlights one server every 24 hours. The featured server gets a prominent banner above the server grid and a special badge that appears on its card across the entire site for the day.

How a server is picked

Every day at 12:00 AM Eastern Time, the system runs a weighted random pick across all eligible servers. Selection is based on the votes each server received in the previous 24 hours.

Weighted random — how the math works

Each server's chance of winning is its share of the total daily votes. For example, if there were 100 votes total in the last 24h:

Server A with 20 votes → 20% chance
Server B with 5 votes → 5% chance
Server C with 1 vote → 1% chance

More votes = better odds, but every voted server has a real chance — even small communities can win.

Eligibility

To be considered for Server of the Day, your server must:

Be set to public
Not be marked as NSFW
Have received at least one vote in the previous 24 hours

There is no cooldown — a server can win on consecutive days. Verified status, premium plan, and member count don't affect the odds. It's pure vote share.

How to win

Encourage your community to vote for your server. Every vote in the last 24 hours directly increases your chance at the next pick. Vote reminders, contests, and engaging your members are all great ways to climb the daily leaderboard.
