1. What We Provide

DiscordServers.gg is a platform for discovering, listing, and promoting Discord servers. We provide server directory listings, voting and bumping tools, leaderboards, analytics, a rewards program, and a Discord bot for server management. We are not affiliated with Discord Inc. and do not control the content or conduct within any listed server.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DiscordServers.gg. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using our platform.

3. Your Account

You sign in using your Discord account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your credentials or let others access your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

4. Server Listings

When you list a server on DiscordServers.gg, you agree that:

• You have permission to list the server (you are the owner or have Manage Server permission)
• Your server description and tags are accurate and not misleading
• Your server does not promote illegal activity, harassment, hate speech, or content that violates Discord's guidelines
• NSFW servers are accurately marked as NSFW

We reserve the right to remove or delist any server that violates these terms or is reported by users.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to artificially inflate votes, bumps, or page views
• Create multiple accounts to bypass cooldowns or manipulate rankings
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform beyond what is publicly displayed
• Impersonate other users or servers
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, server delisting, and forfeiture of any earned rewards.

6. Rewards and Payments

DiscordServers.gg offers a rewards program where server owners can earn points redeemable for cash payouts. Reward rates, thresholds, and payment terms may change at any time. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse rewards earned through fraudulent or manipulative means. All payouts are processed via PayPal and are subject to minimum balance requirements and processing times detailed on the rewards page.

7. Premium Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and apply to a single server. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — your benefits remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. 8. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, branding, and features are owned by WIP Group, LLC. You retain ownership of content you create or upload (server descriptions, banners, etc.), but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content as part of the platform's functionality. We do not claim ownership of your Discord server or its content.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

DiscordServers.gg is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of server listings, or the conduct of any listed server's community. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from your use of the platform or interaction with listed servers. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your server listings will be removed and any unredeemed rewards may be forfeited.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through the platform or our Discord server. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
