| Bot Not Responding | The bot is not responding to commands or showing as offline | Check if the bot has been kicked, verify it has Administrator permission, try re-inviting from your dashboard, and check Discord's status page. |
| Invite Link Not Working | Server invite link is broken or expired | Use /set-invite to generate a new permanent invite. Ensure the bot has "Create Invite" permission and the invite channel still exists. |
| Bump Command Not Working | /bump command says it's on cooldown or doesn't work | Server bumps have a cooldown period (3h free, 2h premium). Ensure your server is listed and the bot has "Send Messages" permission. |
| Vote Reminders Not Sending | Automated vote reminders are not being sent | Verify you've configured /set-vote with a valid channel and interval > 0. Check the bot has Send Messages and Mention Roles permissions. |
| Permission Errors | Bot shows permission errors when executing commands | Grant the bot Administrator permission. Ensure its role is above other roles it needs to manage and check channel-specific overrides. |
| Server Stats Not Updating | Member count, online count, or other stats are outdated | Stats update every 5 minutes. Ensure the bot is still in your server and online. Try bumping to trigger a manual refresh. |
