We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

- Public server data — server names, descriptions, member counts, and tags are publicly visible by design

5. Advertising
We display advertisements on DiscordServers.gg to support the platform and fund our Rewards Program, which shares revenue with server owners. Our advertising practices include:
- Third-party ads — we use Google AdSense to display ads. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings.
- Cookie consent — when you first visit the site, you can choose to accept or decline non-essential cookies. If you decline, ads will be non-personalized.
- Revenue sharing — a portion of ad revenue is shared with server owners through our Rewards Program. No personal data is shared with server owners as part of this program.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Server listing data is retained while the server is listed on the platform. Activity data (votes, bumps, views) is retained for leaderboard and rewards calculations. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Disconnect your server listing at any time from your dashboard

8. Children's Privacy
DiscordServers.gg is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform or through our Discord server. Your continued use of DiscordServers.gg after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
